What it is

Lion's Mane Mushroom Extract is produced from the fruiting bodies or mycelium of Hericium erinaceus, an edible medicinal fungus with distinctive icicle-like spines. Standardized hot-water and ethanol extracts concentrate two distinct families of neuroactive bioactives: water-soluble beta-glucan polysaccharides and lipophilic diterpenoid hericenones and erinacines.
