How this compares to the nutritional-supplement industry
30-day money-back is the industry standard for premium supplements. Some brands offer longer windows (60-100 days) but attach conditions that make claiming difficult in practice. 2. Universal conditions
These apply to every Velobiotics brand. Per-brand extras are in §3 below.
A. First-order eligibility
- Guarantee applies to your first purchase of a specific product/brand per household
- Subsequent repurchases and subscription renewals are not covered
- Bulk-buy orders beyond 3× units of a single SKU are covered on the first 3× only
B. Claim window
- Claim must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- For international shipments, the 30-day count starts from customs-cleared delivery
- Late claims (day 31-45) may be considered case-by-case — email us first
C. Daily dosage compliance
- Follow the daily dosage stated on the package (typically 1-2 capsules/serving daily)
- Miss no more than 3 non-consecutive days in the 30-day period
- Take the product for a minimum of 21 consecutive days before claiming (microbiome needs time — most probiotic effects onset between day 14 and day 21)
- Keep photo/journal evidence if requested
D. Program adherence (where applicable)
- Enrol at the start of the 30-day window
- Complete the baseline assessment
- Log weekly progress via WhatsApp, email, or the brand's app
- Retest at day 30
E. Measurable results documentation
- Weight / body composition: starting weight + weekly weigh-ins + ending weight
- Waist circumference: baseline + weekly measurement in cm

The process is straightforward. We aim to close every claim within 7 business days.
- Email us within 30 days of delivery at support@velobiotics.com with subject: "Guarantee Claim — Order #[your order number]"
- Attach your evidence: baseline + end-state data (photos, weights, symptom logs, WhatsApp screenshots — per your brand's program in §3)
- Return any unused product portion to our Germiston warehouse. We send you a prepaid return label (SA) or paid-return reimbursement (US/EU)
- We review your claim within 3-5 business days. A member of our medical/wellness team looks at every claim personally
- Refund is processed within 7 business days of approval, back to your original payment method. Bank/card companies may take an additional 3-10 business days to post
5. What's NOT covered
- Repurchase orders (subsequent buys of the same brand/product you already know)
- Products opened more than 45 days ago
- Products damaged in transit — these are a shipping claim, not a guarantee claim (we replace at no cost)
- Products purchased from unauthorised third-party resellers
- Bulk purchases beyond 3× units of a single SKU on first order
- Claims where no baseline data was documented AND no support communication was logged during the 30-day window
- Products consumed as part of a subscription for more than 3 cycles (repeated satisfaction has been demonstrated)
- Claims filed after the 30-day window has closed (day 31 onward — case-by-case only)
- Claims where the product was taken alongside contra-indicated medication or a diagnosed condition against the package insert's warnings
- Cost of shipping (shipping is non-refundable)
6. Fine print & legal
Guarantee applies to first purchase per household across the Velobiotics group of brands per SKU.
Refund method: Original payment method, in the original currency (ZAR/USD/EUR/GBP/AUD/CAD via MLVeda at exchange rate at time of purchase).
Shipping: Original shipping and duties non-refundable. Return shipping is prepaid by Velobiotics for SA orders; for US/EU we reimburse up to $12 USD / €10 EUR / £10 GBP against a valid receipt.
Governing law: Republic of South Africa (SA orders). New York (US orders). EU consumer directives override where applicable.
These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA or SAHPRA. This product is a food supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Terms subject to change. The version on this page at time of your purchase is the version that applies to your order.
Fraud & abuse: We reserve the right to refuse a claim where evidence of fraud is present. One legitimate claim per household within any 12-month rolling period.
Statutory rights unaffected. Nothing in these terms overrides your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act (SA), FTC Act (US), or EU consumer directives.
